Annemarie Gray is a Masters in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning, where she focuses on equitable economic and workforce development policy. She previously worked on urban redevelopment projects in the informal favelas in Rio de Janeiro as a Fulbright Fellow, as well as on commercial revitalization in post-Katrina New Orleans.

Elizabeth Hoffecker, Department of Urban Studies and Planning

Elizabeth Hoffecker is an alum of DUSP’s Master in City Planning program and now leads research and impact assessment for the International Development Innovation Network at MIT’s D-lab. Her research focuses on understanding and enabling the growth of local innovation eco-systems and place-based networks of environmental and social impact-driven enterprises.

Jonathan Krones, Engineering Systems Division

Jonathan is a PhD student in the MIT Engineering Systems Division. His work is in the interdisciplinary field of industrial ecology, and is currently concerned with assessing the potential for closing material loops among different processing and manufacturing sectors in the United States. He is also the president of the MIT student sustainability club: Sustainability@MIT.
